Sarah Kraemer
Personal Trainer & Massage Therapist
I began my professional journey in Germany. I studied Sport and Health from 2011-2014 in Koeln/Duesseldorf. During my thesis work, I discovered a profound passion for human-based movement training, realizing that this would become the foundation of my practice. I focus on enhancing full-range motion and developing a strong muscle-mind connection rather than isolating muscles through machine-based training. This approach allows me to utilize the body's natural weight effectively.
I have always been grateful for the ability to help clients through the science of movement. Having been a wrestling athlete, I am acutely aware of the sensations of pain and soreness, and I understand the critical importance of focusing on injury prevention. My knowledge stems not only from academic resources but also from my personal experiences and the challenges I've faced, combined with my extensive work with diverse clients.
After immigrating to Australia in 2019 to bolster my qualifications, I completed Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness through Fitness Academy Australia, along with the registration of the IICT International Institute for Complementary Massage Therapists.
I am committed to ensuring that my clients receive the highest level of care. I look forward to meeting you and helping you achieve a relaxed, pain-free state while elevating your fitness journey.

My Philosophy:
Exercise + Recovery = Results
My Philosophy: Exercise + Recovery = Results
For me, fitness isn’t just about pushing hard—it's about finding the right balance. That’s why my philosophy is simple: Exercise + Recovery = Results.
Exercise is essential for everyone. It strengthens your body, improves posture and mobility, boosts your mood, supports your metabolism, and helps prevent injuries and chronic diseases. Whether you're training for performance or simply to stay healthy, movement is key to living a strong, active life.
But without recovery, even the best training won't deliver results. Recovery allows your body to rebuild, restore energy, and adapt to the stress of exercise. This is when real progress happens—muscles repair, the nervous system resets, and you come back stronger.
Recovery is just as important in everyday life. We all deal with stress, tension, and mental fatigue. Prioritizing rest, sleep, and active recovery not only supports physical health but also improves mental clarity, emotional balance, and resilience.
In short, Exercise challenges the body, but recovery completes the process. You need both. That’s the foundation of how I work—with smart training and intentional recovery, you get sustainable, long-term results.
My Passion
I love living an active life. Whether it’s walking, hiking, or climbing, movement is part of who I am. But my number one passion is wrestling.
Wrestling has taught me more than just physical strength. It’s given me discipline, honesty with myself, and mental endurance. It shaped my mindset to never give up, no matter how tough it gets.
In wrestling, just like in life, sometimes we win and sometimes we lose. But every loss teaches us a lesson, and every win builds our confidence. Both experiences are equally valuable.
Pushing through hard training sessions has taught me how to push through hard moments in life. That’s why movement isn’t just a hobby for me it’s a mindset, a way to grow stronger inside and out.
What I Practice Is What I Preach
Besides wrestling and the mindset it taught me, I live by what I share with others. I train 5–6 days a week, even if it's just mobility work, because I never skip moving my body.
Movement makes me feel better, stronger, and more balanced. Feeding my body with something good, instead of letting myself go, is a choice I make daily.
That’s exactly what I want for you to feel the difference that exercise and recovery can make in your body, your energy, and your life. You don’t have to be perfect—you just have to keep showing up. The results will follow.
